Zeke and Grace’s love story began when Grace took her dog for a C-section at a Vet clinic. I think Zeke was a little awestruck when he saw her and knew that Grace may be the one! Even though he was so nervous, he got enough courage to ask Grace for her number. Grace declined and said, “It’s just gonna be me and Jesus.” Poor guy! I’m glad he didn’t give up. Luckily for him, Grace has lots of dogs and kept coming back to the vet clinic and eventually they did go out on a date. 🙂

I can’t say enough about Grace and Zeke! What a beautiful, godly couple who truly made this wedding their own! Their wedding was held at Hunter Valley Farms in Knoxville, TN. We love the hospitality of this venue and the amazing people who work there!!! I have so many favorite moments from their day, but I have to say my favorite is the quirky silliness between Grace and Zeke! They are so adorable and such a perfect match!

Grace and her girls got ready at the Stables and I just love the variety of that location! You have the gorgeous fields nearby, but you also have this beautiful wall with vines. Grace looked absolutely GORGEOUS in her dress and it was so great to see all of her girls surround her with such great support and take a few moments to pray for her day! Both of their families love each other and were so excited to welcome their new son and daughter into their family. Zeke’s sweet mother was so happy and thankful that God sent him Grace. It was precious to watch all the LOVE displayed throughout the day! Grace is her parents only child and I loved capturing the special relationship between the three of them. From the first look with Grace’s sweet Dad, to the father daughter dance where they invited her mother to join them, such a precious and intimate time as a family and as a mother of a little girl myself, I told Jonathon I want a special dance with my Katelyn like that when she gets married one day.

One of my favorite moments of the day was at the reception. Instead of your traditional reception, Grace and Zeke used the second half of their reception as a time to honor what God was doing in their lives through a time of worship. So awesome, especially since their wedding was held on a Sunday. It was the first time we have ever seen this done at a reception! Also, instead of doing the classic bouquet toss, Grace, Zeke, and Grace’s parents gave a white rose to all of her single friends and then prayed over of them. It was such a beautiful and precious example of the kind of people Grace and Zeke are individually and as a couple! They have so much love for their friends and family and what a selfless act to display on their wedding day! So unique! From beginning to end it was a blessing for us to be a part of this young couples day. We are so excited for their new journey as husband and wife! Congratulations Grace and Zeke! We love you guys!
