We loved being apart of Anthony and Ashley’s big day! They got married at a new rustic barn venue called Oakwood Hall in Russellville, KY. Their colors were navy and yellow which looked incredible against the look and feel of the Barn’s stained wood. It’s unbelievable how many DIY elements were added to this wedding. I just have to mention that Anthony and Ashley have some incredibly talented friends and family. They did everything from the wedding dress, reception dinner for over 200 people, and gorgeous bouquets. On top of all of that, they also put together handmade lanterns, custom built Edison style bulbs on the reception tables and designed pieces for the rest of the table decor. You could see there was so much thought and care was put in to each detail.

Throughout the day, there were friends and family sharing with me how much they love Ashley and Anthony and how great of a match they are for one another. It’s so wonderful to see a couple surrounded by so many friends and family that support and love them. This couple has so much of it! I admire this couple’s commitment to God and one another. After the wedding, Ashley will be moving to Texas where Anthony currently lives. Just from the short time I have known Anthony, I know this guy is going to take such great care of Ashley as she transitions to a new life away from her home.

After the ceremony, we were able to grab a few additional shots with Ashley and Anthony.. I was very thankful since it had been tough all day long with the hurricane passing through….. Everyone remained in great spirits and the day was just prefect even with rain and the cold. The evening ended with great fellowship, Italian food, and delicious homemade desserts!!! I can’t even remember how many homemade tasty pies there were.
