Carriage House Wedding | Jason and Melissa | Jefferson City, TN

We had a great day celebrating the wedding of Jason and Melissa! Jason and Melissa grew up together in Michigan as friends and it wasn’t until years later after Melissa relocated to Tennessee that they reconnected again, but this time as sweethearts. They are just so adorable together! It’s easy to see when they are with each other how much in love they are. The two were married on a clear, sunny day at the Carriage House in Jefferson City. I love it when we get to shoot close to home and especially when it’s at this wonderful location.

We had a fabulous time hanging out with the amazing bridal party! You could tell how excited they were for Melissa and they all looked great in their blush pink dresses. So pretty and Melissa looked stunning! Her lace dress and train were just gorgeous!! Jason and his groomsmen looked pretty sharp in their tuxes as well! You could also tell how loved he was by this crew. They have all been friends for a long time and spoke very highly of Jason and how super loyal he has been to them.

          It was a beautiful day for a wedding! Jason and Melissa were married outdoors in a such a romantic setting of soft drapery and lovely floral arrangements of fresh pinks and greens.  Everything could not have been more perfect! The reception following was both elegant and fun with pops of bright pink on the tables and fresh greenery draped from the ceiling. Another romantic touch! One of the funny moments from the day, was when it was time to cut the cake and Jason decided to feed himself instead of Melissa, so it was hilarious when she smashed the cake in his face for tricking her! What a perfect day spent with Jason and Melissa! We are so happy for them and send many blessings as they start their new journey as husband and wife. Enjoy our favorites from their day!
