I am so blessed to photograph so many amazing couples! I love engagement sessions because I get to spend a lot of time with the bride and groom to be and practice some great poses for their wedding day! I really loved being with Brittany and Charlie during their session. I left their session so excited for their fall wedding at the Carriage House in Jefferson City, TN.

Brittany and Charlie were so playful and obviously in LoVe…. Charlie was up for anything Brittany wanted and was happy as long as he got to eat food afterwards! One funny highlight from this session was when we had the little pony join in on our shoot. The lowlight was when I told Brittany how much I don’t like Ladybugs…. Only to find out to find out how much she LOVES ladybugs!!! lol Once I shared that we use to get ladybugs in middle TN, the way we get Stink bugs here in East TN, she understood and forgave me! What a an amazing girl Charlie has! Enjoy these cuties and get excited for their awesome wedding in the fall!!!

Where do I begin…John and Debbie were such a wonderful couple to get to know and I loved sharing in the joy they bring to each other! They found each other later in life and I love their story! Debbie first noticed John at a bible study at her church and knew she wanted to meet him. However, it was months later until they finally met and and went out for coffee. Within a few short months, they knew they loved each other and wanted to pursue a life together.Debbie is gorgeous, kind and a wonderful person to be around! I have enjoyed getting to know her over the past several months and was so honored to be apart of her big day! I had to hold back tears as her son Derrick shared about how wonderful she was to him growing up and that he now sings the same bedtime songs to his sons that she sang to him. I have to give some props to Derrick. It was one of the best wedding toasts I’ve ever heard!

John is administrative, organized and an extremely hard worker! I already knew this prior to their wedding day, but throughout the day everyone kept talking about how much John loves serving others. From helping neighbors with landscaping to changing out windshield wipers for Debbie’s daughter, Hannah. There was so much support and love for this wedding day!

The ceremony was held at the location where these two met, Fellowship Church. During the ceremony, it started to sprinkle and kuddos to the wedding director and my sweet hubby for springing into action and getting an umbrella for the couple. I think the rain sprinkles were little kisses from Heaven blessing their day! From the tears and excitement as she walked down the aisle…to photo time when he couldn’t help but smile so BIG! It was a day where a dream came true for these two and we are so excited that you chose us to be apart of your big day! Hope you love your photos and had a wonderful honeymoon in the Bahamas!

Brooke & Anna Grace | Fields of Blackberry Cove Wedding Photography| Asheville Destination Wedding Photographer

Anna Grace and Brooke had their destination wedding at the lovely Fields of Blackberry Cove, a venue near Asheville, NC. Asheville is where they first met several years ago while Anna Grace was interning where Brooke works. Brooke started falling for Anna Grace and decided to ask her out after she completed her internship. He invited her to hear him play at a gig and the rest is history! Brooke and Anna Grace are both very talented musicians and both of them found joy in making beautiful music together.

Anna Grace looked so stunning in her gorgeous fitted dress! She’s naturally so beautiful and has the best smile! One of my many highlight from this wedding were Anna Grace’s unofficial bridesmaids. They were amazing in helping Anna Grace’s day be the perfect day she had hoped for! Another highlight was my personal impromptu song that Brooke wrote for me while I was taking photos… Haha! He wrote one for Jonathan too, but mine was better. Brooke is so fun and easygoing…I loved listening to him and his friend as they played guitar and sang all afternoon.

It was a fabulous day with a charming Bride and Groom!! Anna Grace and Brooke – Thanks again for having us be apart of your day. Wishing you many years of happiness and beautiful music!

I met up with Hillary the week before her wedding for a quick bridal session at the Carriage House in Jefferson City. This girl is a timeless beauty inside and out! It was a little cold but you would never know that looking through her stunning photos. We had so much fun and shared lots of laughs! Enjoy some of my favorites!

Charles and Tiffany’s Victorian Themed Wedding| Knoxville Wedding Photographer

Last summer, when I first met Tiffany and Charles, she mentioned that her Mom would be planning her entire wedding because she was joining the Air Force and would not be back until the week of her wedding. I thought WOW! That’s pretty amazing and that she really must trust her Mom! I’ve spent the past year mainly communicating with Tiffany’s Mom, Mrs. Bernard. She is an interior designer and just an incredible person with such great style! I would so let her plan any of my events!

Tiffany and Charles wanted to have their wedding on her family’s property. Mr. Bernard built a pergola and did tons of landscaping to make sure the property was absolutely GORGEOUS! The visionary, Mrs. Bernard, planned out all of the other details of the day. She created all of the beautiful silk flowers and directed the other florists involved on how she wanted the floral arrangements organized at the reception. I have no idea how many hours this precious woman spent planning the perfect day for her daughter, but I just have to say that she completely blessed me with her sweet spirit!

Tiffany loves anything Victorian and wanted her day to reflect that style. From the classic horse and carriage, to the pink bridesmaids dresses, and French Tudor entrance, everything about their theme was just so elegant and classy! I LOVED the chandeliers in the Pergola and in the Reception tent! There were so many beautiful details that I just adored…Teapots, butterflies in the floral arrangements, and the black Rolls Royce the Bride and Groom enjoyed!

I have two highlights from the wedding day. One, I loved Charles’ expression when Tiffany walked down the aisle. His crying was so very sweet….And I loved the butterfly release at the end of the ceremony! Congrats again to Charles and Tiffany! Here is to you and many years of happiness!
