Where do I begin in describing Mary Kate Jones? I’ve known this girl for so many years…When she was younger, she was more like a niece. Now that she is older,  I see her more like my baby sister. She’s beautiful, smart, funny, and VERY talented! Also, can having amazing hair be part of a talent? I think so!!! Mary Kate is a great vocalist and quite the dancer. She has a lot on her plate for a seventeen year old, but she handles it so well. She is  member of Zion Dance Company and she teaches dance at Fuzion Studio of the Arts. Also, this past year she was dual enrolled at Walter State and started her own business called Verily Designs. You will see a few shots with her beautiful calligraphy.I’m so proud to watch her grow into such an amazing young women and am so thankful to have her in my life! This shoot entails so many styles, just like Mary Kate. A little water, whimsical, and then an urban feel to finish it off.We decided to do a sunrise session to capture the incredible light that comes with the early morning sun. While I am by no means a morning person, I really do love morning sessions – once I have hit the snooze button a few times. It’s so quiet and the lighting is just oh so pretty!
