The Lighthouse Knoxville Event Center Wedding| Solomon and Christina | Knoxville Wedding Photography http://lisapriceblog.com/lighthouseknoxvillewedding/ http://lisapriceblog.com/lighthouseknoxvillewedding/#respond Wed, 28 Oct 2015 16:50:44 +0000 http://lisapriceblog.com/?p=5635 Christina and Solomon’s wedding was the perfect fall day! Their wedding was held at the beautiful Lighthouse Knoxville Event Center. All the fall colors from the trees really correlated with their bright, and vibrant wedding theme. Lighting the entire afternoon and evening was just perfect!

Both Solomon and Christina are doctors. Solomon is finishing up his residency and Christina is a veterinarian. They are currently living in Pennsylvania and planned their destination wedding to be held in Knoxville. They are both hard working, loyal, and very respectful! I loved seeing the pure joy on Solomon’s face whenever he laid eyes on his bride! He’s so smitten!  Christina is really sweet…Before getting ready for the day, she wore a traditional Korean outfit to honor Solomon’s Korean Heritage and took photos with all of Solomon’s immediate family. It was definitely one of my favorite moments of the day watching Solomon’s mom help Christina with the Korean wedding attire.
From the weather to the amazing staff at the Lighthouse, everything was just perfect! We absolutely loved our time with these two and all of their friends and family that traveled from all over the country to celebrate with them! It was beautiful hearing about the lifelong friendships that Solomon has made and the fun horseback riding stories when Christina was a little girl.
Solomon and Christina- Jonathan and I were very honored to be the ones to capture your special day! I hope you two love your photos!! And when life gives you lemons keep making lots of lemonade together! Wishing you all the best for many years to come.

Chip & Tammy | Park Vista Gatlinburg Destination Wedding| Gatlinburg Destination Wedding Photographer http://lisapriceblog.com/parkvistagatlinburgdestinationwedding/ http://lisapriceblog.com/parkvistagatlinburgdestinationwedding/#comments Tue, 26 May 2015 17:29:37 +0000 http://www.lisapriceblog.com/?p=2687 Destination weddings are so much fun to photograph. Chip and Tammy, along with about 40 of their friends and family members, drove from Georgia to celebrate their wedding day on top of the beautiful Smoky Mountains at the Park Vista hotel in Gatlinburg. This couple has been together for over 17 years (that was not a typo!) and they finally made the decision to tie the knot. The newlyweds first met when Chip sold Tammy a car. They quickly became friends and fell in love a year later.

Throughout the day, there was a recurring theme that spoke of Chip’s loyalty and devotion to Tammy. As we watched them, the faithful friendship and love that they share was made very apparent to all. I also loved that Tammy’s daughters, Sidney and Lindsey, were such a significant part of the day. You could tell that they are very thankful for the many years that Chip has been a father to them and that they are very excited to now have him as an official member of their family.

Chip and Tammy, thank you so much for gifting us with the opportunity to capture all of these precious moments. You two were a joy to work with and we were so excited to be a part of your wonderful day! Congratulations on your marriage. We wish you the best!
